01 Acceptance of these terms

By using GraceRise, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

02 Using GraceRise

You agree to use the site lawfully and honestly. You may not misrepresent a campaign, attempt to defraud donors, or interfere with the security of the service.

03 Donations

Donations are processed securely through Stripe. Unless otherwise required by law or our Guarantee, donations are intended as voluntary gifts to the chosen campaign. Refunds are handled case by case under the GraceRise Guarantee.

04 Campaigns and organizers

Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their campaigns and for using funds as described. We review campaigns before they go live, but we are not responsible for how organizers ultimately use the funds they receive.

05 Prohibited campaigns

Campaigns that are fraudulent, illegal, hateful, or that violate our policies are not allowed and will be removed.

06 Fees

We aim to keep fees low and transparent. Applicable platform and payment-processing fees will be shown clearly.

07 Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, GraceRise is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

08 Changes and contact
